Absolutely. NDAs and confidentiality agreements are signed before any production-sensitive details (talent names, locations, call times) are exchanged.

Can you invoice the production company on a PO?

Accepted Answer

Yes — invoicing on production company purchase orders is standard. PO numbers appear on every itemised receipt and breakdown, and default payment terms are 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Can you handle multi-vehicle shuttles for larger crews?

Yes. For larger crews I coordinate with a trusted network of local executive operators so a single point of contact covers the full call sheet across saloons, MPVs and minibuses.

What about late-night and early-morning calls?

24/7 pre-booked service. Night shoots, sunrise call times and wrap returns are routine — send the call sheet and the schedule is built around it.

Which airports do you cover for talent and crew arrivals?

Accepted Answer

Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Manchester and London airports as standard. Long-distance transfers are quoted per vehicle with flight tracking and meet-and-greet included.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

For single talent transfers 24–48 hours is usually fine. For multi-vehicle shoots, location runs or overnight standby, two weeks' notice secures vehicles and locks in pricing.

Can drivers wait on set or stand by between calls?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hourly standby and split-shift cover are available, with rates agreed up front and shown as separate line items on the invoice.

Can you transport camera, lighting and grip kit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — MPVs and 8-seater minibuses are sized for flight cases, lighting and grip. For dedicated kit-only runs without passengers, a separate vehicle can be added to the shuttle.

Are vehicles fully licensed and insured for paid hire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All vehicles are licensed private hire with public liability insurance, hire-and-reward cover, and clean valeted interiors before every production booking.

Do you accept last-minute schedule changes?

Accepted Answer

Within reason, yes. Changes within 24 hours are accommodated when vehicles are available; significant downsizing or cancellation may be subject to the booking deposit terms agreed on the PO.

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup are free. Inside 48 hours a percentage of the booked fare applies, set out in the quote so the production team can sign off in advance.
