Airport pickups include a free grace period. We only charge for waiting time when the delay is outside the airline's control.
First 30 minutes free
No waiting charge for the first 30 minutes after your scheduled landing time while you collect luggage and clear customs.
Flight delays — no charge
We track your inbound flight. If the airline is delayed, the driver adjusts automatically and there is no waiting fee.
Extended passenger delays
After the free 30 minutes, a waiting fee may apply for passenger-side delays. We quote this clearly at booking and in advance if it looks likely.

Inbound flights are tracked live. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we adjust the pickup time automatically — no charge.
Driver is updated
Your driver receives the revised arrival time and plans to arrive at the airport accordingly, so you are not left waiting.
You collect your luggage
After landing, you have a free 30-minute grace period to clear customs and collect bags before any waiting charges apply.
How to notify us

Meet your driver
